ABOUT ONLINE WORSHIP

For those members who can not attend our services in person, you can join in via the internet using  your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. We use a popular meeting service called ZOOM to do this. With ZOOM you will see and hear the service as it is happening,  just as if you were actually in church sitting in the back row. If you don't wish to attend while the service is going on, you can watch the recordings later on this website.

WHAT YOU WILL SEE

We allow you to join in a half hour before the service starts. When the service begins, you will see and hear the pastor and worship leaders close up as they go thru the service. We put the words up on your screen for anything that requires your response. These would include the familiar "Call to Worship" at the start, our Bible passage readings and any music we sing. While the service is going on, we do NOT allow your microphones to work so you cant "talk" to each other during this time. Once the service is done, we will let you talk to one another like you were at fellowship.

HOW IT WORKS

To join in, the easiest method is to click on the desired blue button above or a web browser link we emailed you.  It should automatically open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc) and login to the service. The first time you do, it will ask you to run their short setup program. Don't worry, it is as safe as anything you would use from Microsoft, Apple, or Google. 

Another way is to go to the ZOOM website and download and install their app/program. When you open that, you can manually type in the meeting ID and password. Manually typing also works if your web browser fails to automatically get you into the service.

You can test these methods any time on any day of the week to see if your computer or device works. The service doesn't have to be going on. You wont see anybody else  but at least you know you can successfully  join us. See more help info on this web page if you have problems.
